I was set up with Jared through Zillow, he took my inquiry very seriously and professionally. He walked me through multiple houses over a FaceTime call. He was straight forward about the condition of the houses we looked at. Once we found a house we were really interested in, he wrote up the contract and sent it over same day. He did that for multiple houses we wanted to offer on too, but we eventually made the deal on the right house. He was present for the final walkthrough on the house we bought and ultimately had my best interest in mind. He even came over a few days after we closed and brought his pool testing kit and showed me how to test the chlorine levels and PH levels. I would enjoy working with Jared again on purchasing a house.
